Please take note of the following:

  • Product color may appear slightly different in photographs due to lighting, phone camera, or screen settings. Please keep this in mind when making your purchase.
  • It’s important to open your parcel in front of the delivery person and check the product. If you notice any cracks, please take a video or photo of the issue and return the product. We will then send a new product to replace it.
  • If you receive a product that you don’t like, you may return it immediately, but please note that you will be responsible for the delivery charge. Please check your product carefully upon delivery, as we cannot accept any complaints after the delivery person leaves your home, office, or delivery address.
  • Our (Panjabi Hat) customized products cannot be exchanged or returned, and full payment must be made in advance. This payment is non-refundable, so please be sure to order carefully and check your product thoroughly at the time of delivery.
